Dallas County had reports of people showing up to vote at polls and poll officials telling them they couldn't vote because they had cast absentee ballots. The voters said they hadn't cast absentee ballots.
Officials also are looking at Houston County where half of the 1,000 absentee ballots were cast in one commission district, Chapman said.
