I carry two concealed on me with reloads(not counting a knife) One is a .22 and I have a box of shells (550 rounds) in the vehicle with a box and a half(depending on caliber 20-50 rounds to a box) of two other calibers that I commonly carry.
Add to that various shotgun shells and rifle shells that are floating around the vehicle.
So, if I'm hunting on the day in question, say rabbit during the day and a deer stand in the evening, I might have three handguns (.22, .32 .45), a shotgun (sometimes 2, a loaner or for deer depending on terrain) and a rifle plus shells. The .45 can fire solid rounds or .410 shotgun shells
If I'm not hunting it would be mostly two handguns and a few hundred rounds that I haven't got out of the vehicle and into the safe.

So to guide journalists in the right direction (in case another news shop hires me), please define what a "large" or "massive" weapons cache really is.
